STEAM Powered

Activity Description

Moving Together and the National Space Centre have been collaborating to create an adaptable learning framework named “STEAM Powered”, which we have used to teach children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) about space and science, embedding understanding through dance, creative movement, the cultivation of artistic ideas and motion capture technology. We have recently been funded to pilot this framework on a larger scale, and would like to involve the wider arts and education community in the development to a wider participant base. Attending this event will allow school leads to learn about the framework and how their students can access the new and innovative approach.
