The City Classroom understands how important it is to protect your privacy, and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of customer information very seriously. We regard your privacy as important and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use any personal information you send us for the purposes for which you provide it, or where allowed by law, such as legitimate interest and open source data.

We will get personal information from you when you book tickets, register as a member or subscribe to one of our Mailing Lists. Personal information can include your name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence and PayPal email. We need this information to process your request and to contact you if there any problems with your booking or membership.

During projects and events The City Classroom may collect other data from attendees, such as photographic and film. This will be done with specific consent during the registration process, with clear methods to identify the permissions you give.

How we use your personal information

The data you provide will be retained by The Spark Arts for Children (the 'data holders') as the lead partner and manager of The City Classroom. By providing your data to us, you are consenting to the data holders making contact with you in the future by telephone, email or other means. Your data will not be sold and will not be given to anyone not connected to The City Classroom. It is possible to remove your consent from receiving information at any time.

Personal information will be held on our system and used to process your bookings, for mailing list subscriptions and to provide you with any other services or information you have requested. In order to do this, we may need to share your personal information, with our secure service providers and agents.
